IVC opened its doors on September 20, 2011, but this does not mean it is a brand new company.
Started in 1986 as Rosman & Associates, the business’s initially focused on delivering training programs to the finance and insurance industries. Customers included Great West Life Insurance, CIGNA, Athena Property and Casualty and Aetna Life.
David Rosman, MA
Since 1986, David has provided contract writing, editing and editorial services for corporations and has written professional development programs for non- and for-profit as well as government corporations. He is the author or contributing editor of 12 professional development textbooks and over 70 training manuals and programs.
A columnist for the Columbia Missourian (Columbia, MO), InkandVoice and a reviewer for the New York Journal of Books since their inception, David is highly regarded and internationally read. He is faculty of Business, Speech and Political Communication for Columbia College (MO). He has also taught at the University of Colorado, Regis University (CO) and the University of Denver.
David is the 2008 winner of the Interactive Media Award for Editing Political Web Sites and the Hess Award for “Excellence in classroom program development.” He has been twice nominated for the Kulp-Wright Award for professional development education textbook authorship and training excellence.
David holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Communication from the University of Northern Colorado and a Bachelor of Science in Administration from St. Louis University.
He is highly regarded by business and political professionals alike for his knowledge, motivational and training abilities.
