IVC officially opened its doors on September 20, 2011, but this does not mean it is a brand new company.
Started in 1986 as Rosman & Associates in Denver, its initial focused was delivering superior training programs to the finance and insurance industries. Customers included Great West Life Insurance, CIGNA, Athena Property and Casualty and Aetna Life.
Later, R&A began working with political candidate and issue campaigns as a Campaign Advisor, Communication Manager and Campaign Manager. Clients included local, regional, state wide and national campaigns, including two US congressional and one gubernatorial campaign. We were also responsible for initiating and lobbying for two major consumer health insurance bills in Colorado, both signed into law.
Rosman & Associates closed its doors in 2002 for various economic reasons, only to find new clients in Missouri, including Missouri Employers Mutual Insurance, Central Missouri Community Action and various political campaigns, including one US congressional campaign.
The name change came with the increase number of commentaries, book reviews and new book offering by David, as well as requests to write informational pamphlets for a major California real estate office. We believe that the new name, InkandVoice Communication, better represents the business we are in and the services we provide.
